A "FAB" patchwork card with a patch stitched to the middle, and two columns on the two edges of the card. The patch has the PEI Coat of Arms portraying a lion on its top half, three trees and a bigger on to the right and a "Parva sub Ingenti" written underneath. Each column is divided into three different part, with the middle one being the biggest. The column on the left has " The patent "FAB" patchwork card" written on the top part, "To Detach Sarin Square Cut Along Dotted Line" written on the middle part, and "W.N. Sharpe. Sole Publisher Bradford" written on the bottom part.
